In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Mexican Law on the Protection of Personal Data held by Individuals, Industrias JLC S.A .de C.V. is a commercial entity constituted under Mexican Law with domicile at Av. San Lorenzo Tezonco No. 201, Col. San Nicolas Tolentino, Iztapalapa Delegation in Mexico City, (hereinafter jointly or individually «JLC») make known to you this Notice of Privacy (the «Notice») that has been forwarded to you in accordance with Mexican Law applicable to the use of the Internet and  to this site or web portal.

In JLC (responsible for this site or web portal and its content) we respect your privacy and appreciate the commitment that we have made with you. Therefore, this Notice describes the types of personal data that we collect on this site or web portal, the way we use them and with whom we share them. «Personal data» (1) means information relating to an identifiable natural person, including name, address, gender, preferences, email, telephone number and other information about that person. You may choose whether or not to provide us with your personal information including but not limited to the following information, name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address, among others, through our website or web portal. If you choose not to provide us with your personal information, you may not have access to some of the services we offer on our site or web portal. Here’s how to provide your personal information, what kind of personal information you need to enter and how we use it.
